About our CEO
Konstantina Koriatopoulou
Konstantina Koriatopoulou is a qualified European Patent Attorney and has been consulting companies in the field of patents since 2010. Konstantina is a chemist, holds a MSc in Organic Synthesis, an MBA and an LLM in EU Law.
Her expertise are pharmaceuticals, chemicals and devices. Among the companies she consulted, are few of the fastest development companies in Europe, especially in pharma.
Being passionate about inventions and intellectual property she is eager to dive into any project.
Today, she runs an IP company named Lytis, based in Greece. The company’s main purpose is IP consulting and making a difference in driving forward client’s projects. Her focus is patent drafting, patent filing and client representation before the EPO (European Patent Office) and WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization). Furthermore, she retrieves relative prior art, identifies risks or opportunities, and can provide opinions on the validity of patents. Konstantina is qualified to represent clients to oppositions/appeals before the EPO and the UPC, to consult and inform inventors and clients about risks or opportunities in each step of the project.
